Dr. Beth's consulting services are focused on mentees' needs. For those who have only a vague sense of their needs and the action steps necessary to meet them, an initial session is spent identifying needs and devising appropriate approaches and plans so the coaching will successfully meet those needs.
The coaching Dr. Beth provides to executives, entrepreneurs, and their families is not psychotherapy, where the deep roots of present behavior are probed. She is not treating, prescribing, diagnosing, or curing. Instead, she provides, education, teaching, consulting, and support.
She helps mentees set goals that become easy mile markers of their progress. Whether they need ongoing support or help with learning new skills and improved attitudes, time invested with Dr. Beth spurs their growth.
